1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the K2C Leadership website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Services

K2C Leadership provides a digital platform, community, and coaching programs designed to help founders turn their expertise into intellectual property and revenue-generating assets. Our Services include but are not limited to:

  • AI-powered coaching and strategy tools
  • Community forums and peer collaboration
  • Educational resources, templates, and frameworks
  • Group and individual coaching programs
  • Expert network matching

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Paid memberships and programs are billed as follows:

  • Builder: $97/month — recurring monthly subscription
  • Growth: $497/month — recurring monthly subscription
  • Founder's Circle: $2,500/month — recurring monthly subscription
  • 90-Day Accelerator: $5,000 — one-time program fee (may include payment plan options)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you retain access until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle. For the 90-Day Accelerator program, refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days of enrollment. Contact us to discuss your situation.

6. Intellectual Property

Your IP: You retain full ownership of any intellectual property, frameworks, content, and assets you create using our platform and programs. K2C Leadership does not claim any ownership or licensing rights to your work.

Our IP: The K2C Leadership platform, including its design, content, features, coaching methodologies, proprietary frameworks, and all associated trademarks, are owned by K2C Leadership. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Redistribute or resell access to K2C resources or content
  • Harass, spam, or disrupt other community members
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform

8. Limitation of Liability

K2C Leadership provides tools, resources, and guidance to support your business-building journey. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or results. Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, K2C Leadership shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other members or the community. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
